                This is the PAW national news breaking in with this sad story.  President Smokey the cat, the  499th President of the United States has passed away.  He was drinking his formula A-1 milk when he  passed away.  It is not clear whether the President was poisoned to death or not at this time.  Let us  listen in as Thunder is sworn in as President of the United States.               Vice President Thunder is at the church of the Wild Woods where he puts his paw on the Bible, and says,                  "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of the President of the                                    United States, and will do to the best of my ability ,  preserve, protect, and defend      ...

                            Unger says, "since God is light, we imitate God as imitators of the light;"                According to Strong's it means to make manifest or to illuminate especially by rays.               Thayer's says, "consisting of light.  Heavenly light, such as surrounds angels when they appear.    on earth. A light such as this shone around Paul when he was converted to Christ.  Acts 22:6,9,11                 As we are told in Mark 6:15-16 "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved but he who does not will be damned."                  So, if we truly go into the world and preach the Gospel....                     Thunder comes out of his Vice President house and smelt the flowers which he had planted the day  before. Between that and the grass he walked upon caused his allergies to act up.  He did, however,  have a breakfast meeting with the President of the United States (Smokey the cat) that morning.  So, he  got into his limousine, which took him to the West Wing entrance of the White House.              He ate and scratched his leg until it bleed.  The President of the United States took offense to this, and asked him ever so politely if he had fleas.  To which he told President Smokey that he took a  Preventative Flea & Tick medicine every morning.  That what he did have was allergies which came  every time this year.  So, Smokey being his friend, and not wanting to see any one in that much misery called for the federal Vet to co...

                               As we open this story we find Thunder in a recliner, wearing a lavender robe, and  smoking his pipe.   All of a sudden he receives a call on his cell phone.  Thunder picks up his cell phone and says, "This is Thunder.  Who is this?  What is your purpose for calling?"                              The voice on the other end said, "This is Smokey the Cat, and I would like a little  financial help becoming the next president of the United States.  While you may question my ability to become the next President of the United States, I figure it is about time that another animal other than  the naked ape should run the country.  Since everyone else is throwing their hat into the race why not a cat?   After all any animal could do better than the Republ...

                          One Sunday morning as Jimmy and Thunder was dressed up and ready to go to their separate  churches.  Chucko (the ape) let them know that on that particular Sunday they would not be going to church.   For they had to travel to New York City, to hold a meeting for the stockholders of Universal Pizza.  At which  point Thunder started to whimper.                          Thunder's Mother and Jimmy tried to comfort Thunder as Chucko gave him his chewable  psych medication.   Thunder just said; "You all do not understand that in the big city they drive like wild, crazy, animals.   I've heard tell that at times they even make a lane out of the sidewalk.   The difference with the crazy  animals in NYC, and the ones I see in therapy, is the ones I see in therapy are under s...

                           Jimmy walks in to find his friend Thunder reading a book about football.  Now to Jimmy this is odd for Thunder never cared much for football.  In fact as far as books go Thunder only read the  historical ones.  So, Jimmy inquired as to why he was reading a book on football.              Thunders reply to this was, "that the book he was reading was on the history of football.  I am reading it in hopes that I might understand why people want to watch a sport where one team is out to  harm the other team.  Afterall, there is already the international sport of soccer.  A sport where they do not harm each other so much.  Football seems to me to be a throwback to the gladiators!  If that be the  case I'd rather stay with the international game of soccer, it is safer that way."         ...
