Thunder Has Allergies

Thunder comes out of his Vice President house and smelt the flowers which he had planted the day

before. Between that and the grass he walked upon caused his allergies to act up.  He did, however,

have a breakfast meeting with the President of the United States (Smokey the cat) that morning.  So, he

got into his limousine, which took him to the West Wing entrance of the White House.

He ate and scratched his leg until it bleed.  The President of the United States took offense to this,

and asked him ever so politely if he had fleas.  To which he told President Smokey that he took a

Preventative Flea & Tick medicine every morning.  That what he did have was allergies which came

every time this year.  So, Smokey being his friend, and not wanting to see any one in that much misery

called for the federal Vet to come and give him an allergy shot.  That way the Vice-President of the U.S.

could stop his confounded itching and bleeding.  The federal Vet came running thinking it was for the

President not the Vice President.  Of course, when he got there, he was quickly redirected.

Thunder said he felt automatic relief from the shot that the veterinarian had given him.

The Veterinarian offered to test him to find out what he was allergic to too.   Thunder looked at the

veterinarian (who happened to be a cat) and said, "I don't guess it would hurt of course when the press

gets a hold of it they will blow it out of proportion."

President Smokey assured Thunder that the press did not need to know anything about it.

Thunder was pleased to hear this, because he thought the press knew everything that went on in the

White House.   Since he had been assured that it would be kept away from the press he took the test.

The results from the tests showed that he was allergic to dirt, some grasses, and some weeds.
