1  The whole earth spoke one language.                                                                                                        3 Make bricks                                                                                                                                                4  Make a name for themselves and build a tower.                                                                                        5-7  God went down and confused man's language.                                                                                      8    Mankind was scattered abroad by God.                                                                                                   10-25 Shem's Descendants                                                                                                                             26  Terrah's story begins                                                                                                                                  29  Abraham and Nahor had wives.                                                                                                              32  Terah died at 205 in Haran.                                                                                                                

Genesis Twelve

1-3   God's blessing to Abram.                                                                                                                       5      Abram, Lot, and all their possessions journey to Canaan.                                                                     7      Land promised to Abram's descendants, and an altar is built.                                                              10     Severe famine in the land.                                                                                                                    11-13 Lie planned                                                                                                                                           16     Abram treated well due to lie.                                                                                                                17   Plague on Pharaoh's house.                                                                                                                    18   Abram asked why he did not say she was his wife.                                                                             19    Abram was told to leave Egypt. 

Genesis Thirteen

1-4    Abram and family journey south, where Abram calls on God.                                                                      Do we call on God when we make a move to someplace new?                                                         

6-7     Abram and Lot had too much land, and servants began to fight.                                                         8-9    Abram asks Lot to move peacefully.                                                                                                    10-11  Lot looked for more pleasant land.                                                                                                    12       Abram in Cannann, Lot in Sodom.                                                                                                       13      Sodom was an evil land.                                                                                                                      14-15  Abram was given land as far as you can see, extending for many generations.                                   16       Descendants made innumerable.                                                                                                        18       Moved by Terebinth trees of Mamre, and built altar.

Genesis  Fourteen

1-3      War                                                                                                                                                       4-7      Where attacks were made.                                                                                                                 8-9       Four kings against five.                                                                                                                     10-12  Things taken, including Lot!                                                                                                              13-17    Abram's army brings captives back!                                                                                                 18-20   Abram's blessing by Melchizedek.                                                                                                  21-24    Abram would not take anything but gave spoils to young men.

Genesis Fifteen

1-6        Abram's Vision                                                                                                                                   7-11     The Sacrifice                                                                                                                                     12-14   Abram's Nightmare                                                                                                                          15-16  Comfort to Abram                                                                                                                               18-21  Covenant between God & Abram.                                                                                                   

 Genesis Sixteen

1          Abram's wife was barren.                                                                                                                   2-4     Hagar conceived as Sarai wished.                                                                                                       5-6      Sarai was sorry for the wish & Hagar ran away.                                                                                           Are we ever sorry for a wish?                                                                                        

 7-12    Hagar's conversation with an angel.                                                                                                   14        Beer Lahai Roi                                                                                                                                    15-16  Abram was 86 when Ishmael was born.

Genesis Seventeen

1-2         God speaks to Abram at 99.                                                                                                             3-7         Abram's name changed to Abraham and promise made.                                                                 10-14    Circumcision Commanded                                                                                                              15-16     Sarai to Sarah; both names meant princess.                                                                                     17-18     Joke to Abraham                                                                                                                             19-21     No joke to God told him the child's name would be Isaac, and he would be back the next year.  22-27       Circumcision of all males in Abraham's household.  Abraham was circumcised at 99, and                        Ishmael at the age of  13.

Genesis Eighteen

1-3          Visitors appear before Abraham, and Abraham shows servitude.                                                                  Do we act the same way towards visitors?                                                                                     4-8          Abraham prepares a banquet for visitors.                                                                                       9-12        Sarah laughs at the thought of having a baby in her old age.                                                         13-15       Sarah was questioned about laughter and lied about it.                                                                  16-21     God questions about hiding what he is about to do to Abraham. Does God ever question                          hiding something from us?

22-33       Abraham tries to save Sodom.  What wicked soul have we tried to save?

Chapter Nineteen

1-3           Hospitality towards God's men.  Do we show such hospitality?                                                   4-5          Men of the city wanted to know the men of God fleshly.                                                       

6-9             Town men's reaction                                                                                                                     10-11        Men of God's reaction.  What would our reaction be to an evil mob?                                          12-15       Warning!  Do we have such a warning?                                                                                        16-17        Taken out of the city by hand.                                                                                                       18-20        Lot's Plea.  What is our plea to God?                                                                                         21-23          Lot goes to Zoar                                                                                                                         24-29           Destruction of Sodom & Gomorrah along with surrounding cities.                                          30-38          Cavedwellers/Incest relations With Father

Difficulties-Problems or Opportunities

       Count your troubles as joys, for they give you an opportunity to preach Christ crucified.  An  example of this is found in Acts 5:40-42: "And they agreed with him, and when they had called for the  apostles and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of  Jesus, and let  them go.  So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were worthy to suffer  shame for His name.  And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and  preaching Jesus as the Christ.  Being beaten was the apostles' troubles; we find it caused them to not  cease preaching Christ as their opportunity.            In Acts 16:25-34, it tells how Paul and Silas were in jail (that is their trouble), and they praised  God, and were released.  In the long run, they saved the jailor as well as the jailor's whole household, which was t...

Chapter 8:A New Familiar

            On the next day, Prince Michael, found himself questioning how he would ever come upon a  familiar.  So, he went to ask his parents how he might find one.  He went as far as to tell them of the  oath he had made to the Troubled Youth.  Both of his parents thought he had acted foolishly, but helped  him nonetheless.  Lord Baltimore assured him, "that there are few who become familiars due to  committing a crime."         His Mother then stated, "Most familiars come to be through a deep spiritual bond, often being  shown through active meditation, spells, and focused intentions.  Now in your case I would find out if the Troubled Youth had made a spiritual bond with any animal.  If not had they seen one while asleep or in a deep trance.  If they do, find an animal fitting it's description and cast a spell on it."        Michael turned to Iv...
