Count Dracula
Doctor Stroker, a wise man in his mid-thirties had just assigned his world history class the
assignment over the four-day weekend to choose a historical figure and write about them. So, Damean
Dracul asked if he could do his report on Count Dracula. Mister Stroker scratched the back of his head,
and then looked at the twenty something year old student (with chalk white skin, emerald, green eyes,
wearing a bloody ruby red ring, with a long cape about him) and said, "Well he was part of the
Romanian history, so knock your socks off."
To that Damian just gave a wicked little smile for his lineage went back to the original
Count Dracula, of whom so many stories had been spun. Damean also knew he had to document his
cases. For just saying that you were an heir of Count Dracula was not enough. So, over Spring break
he emailed the Romanian history department to get more proof he was whom he said he was. One of
the people he sought out for help was a Doctor David Trueblood (a doctor in genealogy who was good
at breaking through such problems). The research took Dameon to a one-hundred-year-old woman
who had given birth to Damean's ancestor, which made Damean a descendant of the Count.
The woman's name was Lucy and she said, "While on one hand the Count was a monster
watching peasants die in the sun. He would slowly watch while their blood would drain out of their
bodies. On the other hand, he was a romantic to both the men and the woman. Of course, you must
fear him for he would kill all that he took a liking to. You are lucky to have relatives who survived all
of his wicked ways. But so, it is with monsters and their offspring's.
" I see you have his ring and his cape. Well, here is his staff as well, I might add that the
resemblance between you and the Count is stunning. If I didn't know any better, I'd think I was
looking at the Count again. You may need to visit the Van Helsing clan, but I'd be careful around them
they believe they killed the Count off."
Damien took his walking stick, and found the only Van Helsing left living in the
country of Australia. The man's name was Dr. Herbert Van Helsing. The Doctor was a veterinarian
at the Sydny Zoo and wanted nothing to do with vampire hunting. He kept all of the family research
papers on the undead, along with a thick paper on Dracula and Lucy. Van Helsing told
Dracul the movies had it all wrong Lucy did not die. Instead, she had the Counts baby boy, and the
Count in turn tried to kill her whole family off. So, in turn Dr Van Helsing murdered the Count to try to
stop his murders. I believe if you are a descendant of the two of them that your Grandmother Lucy, if
she is still alive, is in assisted living.
Damean was happy with all the paperwork he got. He took a plane and wrote a three
hundred-page book on Dracula. In the book he calls Dracula a murderer and a romantic. He was
feared and loved by all who knew him.
